Terms Of Service
Payment:
~I use a system called FastSpring, where you can transfer money to my account via Paypal or credit card. You do not have to pay me in CAD, but it would be helpful if you did. Just send me an e-mail to kiaki.errantis@gmail.com and prices can be found on my price-sheet or below.
~I can only start your commission after you have paid me in full, or 1/2 if you have an agreement with me (for example, you pay half now, and draw as much work as you have paid, and I shall complete the piece once full payment is received).
~I do NOT offer refunds, but if you unhappy with the work that you have paid for, I can either edit the picture, or draw something of equal value for no extra charge. If you wish to receive a sketch or line art sample of your picture for confirmation, send me a note or e-mail and I shall be happy to oblige. Otherwise, you will have to wait until I am finished to see. The exception to this is if you are present during a livestream and I am working on your picture at the time, you can direct me as I go. I shall post a journal entry letting you know when I am livestreaming. If you miss it, I can't do anything about that.
~Please label your payments: "[name], commission"
~My prices are subject to change at any time. I advise you to browse my gallery before deciding to commission me so you are aware of what my art standards are. I'm not Van Gough.
Scheduling:
~I cannot livestream every commissioned drawing, but if you really want to watch me draw your commission, contact me privately and I can try to arrange a date where we are both able to be present at the stream. This might mean that your drawing will take longer to complete.
~I work on commissions in whichever order I best see fit, which is usually in order of payment. If you have an absolute deadline to which your art much be complete, e-mail the exact deadline and for a small fee, I can bump your commission up my to-do list. Please give me lots of advanced warning if you can. I cannot complete an hour's work in 5-minutes.
~If you wish both your final picture and your place in the queue to be private an anonymous, e-mail me and I can definitely keep the secret for you. I shall not post the artwork anywhere online, but can send it to you via e-mail instead.
~Some commissions take longer than others and some may take a while to complete. Please be patient. I cannot refund your money if I'm taking too long. I will eventually finish. If you have paid me over $30 and the time you have waited is over 6 months, I shall make arrangements with you privately.
~I can only take a select number of commissions at a time. If you buy multiple pieces, they take up individual spots in my queue each. If my queue is full, you will have to wait until I open more slots. I shall make this known in a blog entry. It is a first paid, first served basis.
Copyright:
~I vow to work very hard on your pieces, as I have done for my personal art. I own this artwork and shall place my signature or watermark somewhere on the picture as proof. Please do NOT sell my artwork as your own or anyone else's. I keep the rights to ALL of my art, as well as the knowledge and 100% of the proceeds.
~If you wish me to colour or line someone else's artwork, please have them e-mail me personally. I need the permission to come directly from them.
~Likewise, if you wish to have my artwork finished by another artist, let me know and I shall personally contact them myself.
~If you wish to do a collaboration with me, I will happily discuss it in an e-mail with you.
~I have the right to refuse any commission at any time for any reason.
Extras:
~I am a beginner artist and commissioner with the hopes of improving. Please be aware of this fact before commissioning me so that you are aware of what you are paying for.
~If you are buying a commission from me, you are promising me that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. Ignorance to these rules is not an excuse.

Facial Icon/Headshot: $15
Badge/Signature: $10-$25
Extra Characters: $10 each.
Complex/extra features (wings/tails/etc.): $5
A plain or gradient colour background: FREE
A complex background/scene: $5
Important Note:
~I will NOT draw any inappropriate adult content. Nothing pornography related.
What I can draw:
~Tasteful intimacy (hugging, kissing, cuddling, ect.)
~Varying species
~PG, every-day activity scenes.
~Backgrounds
What I refuse to draw:
~No pornographic pieces, even hinting at it.
~No obvious genitalia
~I can't draw in another artist's style.
~No nudity

~I have the right to change these terms and conditions without any notice, but I probably will give you notice.
